What do homes sell for in the 60625 zip code? From January through September 2026, condos and townhomes in 60625 sold for a median of $350,000, single-family homes for $870,000, and 2 to 4 unit buildings for $830,000, based on my search of the MLS. But the zip code covers several very different neighborhoods, and where you buy inside it changes the price more than almost anything else. A house in the Lincoln Square part of 60625 sold for a median of $1,317,500, while a house in the Albany Park part sold for a median of $725,000.
My office is at 4553 N. Lincoln Ave., inside 60625, and Lincoln Square and Ravenswood are the neighborhoods I work in most. In this post I will show you what each part of the zip code costs, which homes are drawing the most competition, and what I would tell you before you buy or sell here.

Every home type in 60625 typically sold slightly above its list price, and more than half of each type sold over asking. That tells me this is still a competitive zip code for well-priced homes of every kind, not just one segment.
Here is the same data split by the MLS area each home is in. This is where the zip code really shows how different its neighborhoods are.
Part of 60625 | Condo Sales | Condo Median | House Sales | House Median |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Lincoln Square | 154 | $400,000 | 54 | $1,317,500 |
Albany Park, including Ravenswood Manor | 84 | $301,925 | 49 | $725,000 |
North Park | 6 | $256,000 | 12 | $580,000 |
The Lincoln Square part of 60625 is the most expensive, with a typical house selling for more than $1.3 million. The Albany Park part, which includes Ravenswood Manor, is where houses drew the most competition: 63.3% of the 49 houses there sold above their list price, and the typical one sold for 103.6% of its list price. For buyers who want a single-family home but cannot stretch to Lincoln Square prices, that part of the zip can be a good place to start, as long as you are ready to compete.

If you are buying a condo, the building matters as much as the unit. Ask for the reserve study, the budget, and recent meeting minutes, and confirm the building qualifies for your loan. My posts on Chicago condo HOA fees and special assessments explain what to look for.

With most homes selling at or above list, the right list price matters more than anything you can do after you launch. I think of the list price as an invitation: too high and you chase the market, too low and you leave money behind. One of my recent listings just east of 60625, a 2-bedroom condo at 1962 W. Lawrence Ave., drew three offers above asking and sold for $415,000 against a $375,000 asking price.

Yes. Ravenswood Manor was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. That listing recognizes the neighborhood's history and does not restrict what a private owner can do with a home.
